On August 21, 2010 Rock River Valley Pheasants Forever chapter will host a Sporting Clays Shoot and Picnic. This event will be held at Gehrig Farms, in Janesville WI. The Sporting Clays Shoot will be held from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM. The picnic will start at 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
Some of you may or may not know that last summer we staged a similar event on a limited basis. The event was fun for all, and turned out to be a refreshing change of pace in relation to our yearly sit down banquet. With that in mind, and numerous other factors, the chapter's banquet committee has decide that we are going to devote our efforts to this event and we will no longer be holding a formal banquet in the fall.
Rest assured that the picnic will have all the auctions, raffles, and prizes you have become accustomed to as well as a fun sporting clays shoot in the morning. We will also have a special raffle in which everyone
shooting sporting clays will be eligible to win a beautiful Browning Citori over/under shotgun!

We look forward to seeing you on August 21st for a fun filled day focused on a great cause.
